Hey there, everyone!
Since we’re in the thick of winter, there’s no better time to share what I’ve been working on: a brand-new novel called The Anima Project. Think of the dystopian world of George Orwell’s 1984 and the philosophical depth of That Hideous Strength by C.S. Lewis blended with intense thrills of The Matrix and The Hunger Games.
The idea first came to me in 2022 as a children’s bedtime story. Since then, I’ve rebuilt it around the same high-concept premise: Could our souls be transferred into robots? What would that look like? And what does God have to say about it?
In late 2024, I decided to write the entire story in summary form. That’s when I hit a wall—but over the following months, the story began to take shape. Then, in May 2025, I sat down with renewed focus and spent a full month plotting it out.
Now, fast forward to February 2026: I’ve written over a third of the novel. By the end of June, the story will be complete.
So, it’s time. Beginning May 1st, my subscribers will be able to read the story for themselves — chapter by chapter, week by week — for the next eight months.
As the chapters are released on this platform, the dystopian thriller will also be divided into five “episodes” and published on Kindle from June through December of this year. All of them can now be pre-ordered.
All that to say, you’re positioned to be among the first to discover the answer for yourself — before The Anima Project releases to the world in print next year.
What’s next? You’ll hear from me periodically between now and May. Then, from May through December, get ready for 35 chapters of nonstop mystery and plenty of twists.
Know a friend who might enjoy this story? Encourage them to join the club and be among the first to uncover the truth.
Until then, you can read the first three chapters on Substack, available now. Happy reading!
